Please note we DO NOT deliver meat / frozen products to Rural addresses (the shipping takes too long, and we do not want to risk our products spoiling in that time).

All our meat products/ products which require cooling are shipped in Polyboxes with special icepacks to keep it cool. We will provide you a tracking number for your orders and we do recommend that you keep an eye on them to ensure that your products are not sitting out for too long.

We ship our products Monday – Thursday so if you miss the cutoff you will be in the following weeks deliveries.
